General details on the position
Organization and assistance for performance of
- hydraulic testing of sanitary systems
- aerodynamic testing of ventilation systems
- start-and-adjustment works of ventilation, heating, air conditioning and water supply systems
- service activities for technical maintenance and repair of engineering systems
Formalization of technical documents:
- Engineering System Certificates;
- Technical Test Reports of Engineering Systems;
- System Commissioning Certificates;
Preparation and performing activities for conformity to licence requirements, authorizations and permits for performance of activities.
Requirements:
- higher education according to the field of «Civil Engineer» or «Engineering in Construction»;
- Experience of performing tests, start-and-adjustment activities of engineering systems and their certification – at least 2 years
Project Manager
General details on the position:
Development of commercial proposals and analysis of contractor’s proposals concerning automation of heating & ventilation, water supply & sewerage systems.
- Assistance for performance of activities for automation on the object
- Coordination of project and as-built documents
- Formalization and bringing acceptance certificates to a close
- Control of the activities’ performance schedule and volumes
- Control of materials purchase and their supply schedule
- Control of start-and-adjustment activities
Cooperation with organizations that perform the adjacent sections and supervisory authorities at the stage of objects construction.

- igher education according to the field of «Automation»
- Work experience on the position of “Design Engineer” or «ACS Projects Manager» – at least 3 years
Foremen
General details on the position:
- Assistance of performing activities for installation of heating & ventilation, water supply & sewerage systems
- Coordination of project and as-built documents
- Formalization and bringing acceptance certificates to a close
- Control of the performance schedule of activities and its volumes
- Control of start-and-adjustment activities
- Control of materials purchase and their supply schedule
- Cooperation with organizations that perform the adjacent sections and supervisory authorities at the stage of objects construction
Requirements:
- Higher education (education in construction is preferable);
- Work experience of project manager - at least 2 years;
- knowledge of modern concepts of constructing engineering systems.
